What we collect
- Your account email address.
- Your Amazon advertising, sales and fee data, from the reports you upload or the account you connect.
- The product costs you enter.
We do not collect personal information about your buyers. Names, addresses and order contact details are not requested and are not stored.
Why we collect it
Only to produce your reports and the changes we propose to you. We use it for nothing else.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
These services handle data on our behalf, and only to run StraightAds:
- Supabase, for our database and sign-in.
- Vercel, for hosting.
- Resend, for sending email.
- Stripe, for payments.
How long we keep it
We delete your data within 30 days of the day you delete your account or disconnect your Amazon account.
How we protect it
Your data is encrypted in transit and encrypted at rest.
Asking us to delete your data
Email support@straightads.com from the address on your account and we will delete it.
